Help for Victims of Hurricane Helene
On September 26-27, 2024, Clearwater Beach was ravaged from unprecedented surge in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Though Clearwater and Pinellas County did not receive a direct hit from Helene, the surge that followed rose quickly, catching untold numbers of people off guard and without a way to escape. While the devastation from the storm had far greater impact, into Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and more, Chapel by the Sea seeks to assist those on Clearwater Beach and the surrounding community however we can. With that, you’ll find three links below: “I Need Help,” “I Can Help,” and “Donate.” Click the proper link and you’ll find a form to help me know more about your need and/or ability to assist those in need. We are “building this plane as we’re flying it”—while we may not be able to meet every request we receive, we are going to do our best to help individuals, families, and our community recover from this storm, because of our faith in Christ, and because we are #ClearwaterStrong!
75-Day Fitness Challenge
In celebration of Chapel’s 75th Anniversary, Parish Nurse Carla Creegan and Pastor Rhonda Blevins invite you to join them in a 75-Day Health & Fitness Challenge! The Challenge begins on June 30 and concludes November 10. Prizes and awards will be given out at a church-wide luncheon on November 10 to those who complete the challenge.
